Your profile will be made by a Checcboard administrator. Once your profile has been made you will receive an email as shown in the picture.
As shown you have two buttons:
1. Create your password
click this button to set up your password
2. Login
Click here to log in. You will be asked for the password you just created.
After you have logged in you will enter the dashboard of Checcboard. The dashboard gives you a general overview of the status of the project.
Note: Please remember that almost everything in Checcboard is clickable. If you want to know the detailed information behind a certain topic, simply click on a part of a graph, a listed item or a number!
Depending on your role, more or fewer options are displayed in the main menu (1) .
Use 'set filter' (2) to refine the overview with the options as shown below.
The sub menu (3) allows you to select a specific overview by phase.
example: PROJECT STATUS
Project status gives you a "one view" overview of all phases of the project. In the left menu you can select an overview per phase.
You can also click on a particular part of a graph or number at any time if you want to see more information about that specific subject. (f.i. a click on the red part in a graph presents you with a list of items which are late.)
(3) OTHER PHASES
Depending on the set up, the submenu shows the different phases of the project. Selecting an option presents the underlying information.
The Checcboard mobile app is a powerfull and easy to use tool to help filling in sheets etc. All actions are processed automatically in Checcboard.
Use the app to:
• fill out MC/QC/COM inspection sheets with photos
• enter punch items with photos
Open Safari and go to https://app.checcboard.com.
Enter your email and your password and log in.
Click the icon on the centre bottom of your screen (picture 1) and
select 'Add to home screen' (picture 2)
Open Google Chrome and go to https://app.checcboard.com. Enter your email and your password and log in.
Click the 3 dots in the top right corner and follow the steps as shown in the pictures.
Enter your email adress and password (1).
If you have forgotten your password please click on this link. (2) You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
Select 'Inspections & testing' from the menu.
You will see an overview of the inspections.
You can pre select by type or search by tagnumber, activity, etc.
After selecting the required inspection (1) the app asks you to answer several questions.
Save and pause
You can save the inspection in the interim with the 'save and pause' button. The inspection will remain open untill it is completed.
Add punch item
When applicable, you can add a punch item to the inspection with the 'Add punch item' button (also see 'create a new punch item').
When you have answered all inspection questions you can complete the inspection by clicking the 'Proceed to signature' button. Put your signature (2) and click on 'Save and close inspection'.
Note:
All questions must be answered. The app will not allow completion if questions remain unanswered.
Select 'Close punch items'. (1)
Select the punch item you want to resolve and close (2). You can search for a specific punch item by
number, tag number, description etc. in the search window.
Note:
Only punch items assigned to you, appear in your overview/list.
Once you have found the item click on 'Details' (2). Now you will see all the information about the punch item (3).
After you fix the particular problem you can add a comment and take pictures as confirmation (4).
Note:
Always try to include the tag number of the reported item in the picture. If necessary take 2 or 3 pictures.
Finish by clicking on 'Save and close punch item'.
Note:
The app will upload the new status of the closed punch item to Checcboard
Select 'Create a new punch item' (1)
Follow the steps in the app using the various input and selection fields. Several are required fields.
You can attach pictures of the identified problem.
Note:
Always try to include the tag number of the reported item in the picture. If necessary take 2 or 3 pictures.
By clicking 'Save punch item' the file is uploaded to the system and put in the punch item list.
